Shipping, Returns and Refunds


Australia wide, shipping is included. The price you see on the checkout is all inclusive and there are no additional costs required.   

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details, as well as an email directly from Ingrid Russell Fine Art, to the email address you have specified on your account.

We will normally confirm receipt of your order within one (1) hour of ordering.  

We will attempt to have your artwork sent by Australia Post or TNT, within five (5) business days. 

Please allow longer for artworks going to remote areas.

For small works up to 45cm x45cm we will ship internationally with Australia Post.

All shipments will be fully insured against loss and damage. The receiver will be responsible for the international custom/import fee and taxes which vary with every country.   Please check with your country’s customs offices and consider the additional costs that might be involved.   International shipments of larger works will need to be negotiated. Please contact us for enquiries.


We are sure you will love your new masterpiece, however in the unlikely case where you are disappointed, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will take it back.

Cost of return and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund will be processed when the work is received in good order.
